A weekend of taking Christopher and Helen to relatives for goodbyes before they leave the country. We managed to get to Scorton for lunch, also with Elizabeth before we returned her to the airport. The weather has been surprisingly good and similar to last year's October. More ideas have emerged for the new piece. When clearing papers on top of the piano last evening, I found something I'd forgotten about which suggested that I'd had the conceptual idea quite some time ago.
