Saturday: a walk along the old railway with K & L and an ascent of Latrigg, the fell which verlooks the town. The sciatica has now, more or less, completely disappeared. A sunny autumnal day. Collected leaves for a collage made on return. Plus practising of the piano piece for performance/recording at some stage this week. It remains how it arrived, no elaboration required. Sunday: to Nicky Nook with Carolyn and Geoff. Their dog found the going more difficult than we did. It was warm, sunny and hazy. I ended up with a migraine due to dehydration. Returned home, recovered and worked on the piano piece copying it out into a legible fair-score.
