Two days of, virtually, non-stop activity. Tuesday: satisfied that the marimba/piano piece was complete, it was xeroxed bound and posted to the commissioning body. Wednesday: as soon as one piece goes, ideas arrive for a further new piece. Besides that, teaching and flute practising had to be included in the day. Research started for the new piece in terms of reading and listening. Work on the acoustic recording also resumes next week. There have been one or two additions/changes to bear in mind since the last studio visit.
