A slight break in the term's proceedings, but not for me. The emerging piece and arrangement continue to emerge and keep me awake at night. Add to that yet another seasonal flu bug, and things get slightly more difficult. Last week consisted of writing and practising when it was possible to do both. And... ...an outing to Manchester's Academy 3 to see The Comsat Angels. A great evening's performance, and they performed more recent material from My Mind's Eye and The Glamour. Somehow Steve Fellows and I failed to hook-up post-show. Possibly a good thing because I'd have been incubating this flu thing. And... ...phonecalls to the Social Services hoping they might be able to help my sister and I with my mother. As yet, they haven't got back to us. We are concerned.
